Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10 years experience in Corporate Actions
Strong understanding of Equity Swap Operations
Experience with synthetic and physical positions
Front-to-back lifecycle event knowledge
Root cause analysis and break resolution
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with NUVO or TRAIANA systems
Ability to perform under market deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience coaching junior team members
Sound judgment in risk management
Key Requirements
8-10+ years of experience in Corporate Actions or Asset Servicing
Hands-on experience with front-office exception management
Oversight and review support experience for junior staff
Shift availability: 7:00pm to 4:00am IST (NA Shift)
