Job Summary
Responds to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance (PM) on complex customer's biomedical equipment, driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.
Establishes and engages in proactive daily communications with customers, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to strong customer relations and customer satisfaction.
Enhances and maintains technical knowledge of current standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment through formal instruction.

Key Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related engineering field and 4+ years of experience
High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of experience
Experience servicing medical equipment
Proficiency in electronic documentation
Experience developing and maintaining customer relations
