Kern River Transitional Care is seeking a full-time Night Shift State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide daily nursing care and services to residents. The role involves assisting with personal care, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring a comfortable environment for residents

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, while maintaining a warm and positive environment.
