Job Summary

  • Position Responsibilities include partnering with the Fabrication Metals organization, providing a visible HR presence, and contributing to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion.
  • The role requires partnering with leadership to develop and enhance robust talent strategies, including workforce staffing and leadership development, and partnering with local community organizations to develop a pipeline for the future workforce.

Salary

Level 4: $110,500 – $149,500; Level 5: $141,100 - $190,900; Benefits: generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work
