Job Summary

  • Oversee technical services and property maintenance for buildings, public realm, grounds, amenities, and multifamily common areas to meet company standards, health and safety, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage and develop the Facilities Maintenance team, ensuring effective operations, continuous improvement, and proactive resident service delivery.
  • Responsible for the handover from construction to operations, monitoring building services, managing budgets, and ensuring all statutory records and compliance are maintained.
