Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing staffing levels for licensed nurses and nursing assistants.
This role involves direct patient care including administering medications, conducting assessments, and coordinating discharge plans while maintaining strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations.
