  • Manage overall implementation and execution of HR operational services to meet business objectives in partnership with business and HR teams.
  • Process monthly payroll data, control labor contracts, manage HR systems and databases, and generate various reports.
  • Support Employee Relations by partnering with stakeholders to develop best practices, handle complaints, manage grievances, and investigate issues.
