This role leads a global team of 4 colleagues and 20–30 contracted resources in systems operations and support functions to ensure the delivery of first-class customer service.
Own end‑to‑end operations and support for ERP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Data Cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
