Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline
  • Chartered status (RICS, SCSI, or equivalent) strongly preferred

  • Proven experience in office fit-out cost management (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience managing projects valued €2M+
