The District Fitness Manager will be responsible for sales and financial performance of the fitness department and supporting the overall success of the gyms in their designated district by developing our team to ensure we are aligned in providing an exceptionally positive experience for our staff, members, and guests

Job Summary

  • The District Fitness Manager will be responsible for sales and financial performance of the fitness department and supporting the overall success of the gyms in their designated district by developing our team to ensure we are aligned in providing an exceptionally positive experience for our staff, members, and guests.
  • Monitor fitness sales performance at the district level, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • In addition to the base salary, the District Fitness Manager will be eligible for monthly bonus opportunities for up to $24,000 per year.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Fitness experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Leadership/Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must have reliable transportation
