Key Requirements
University degree
8-10 years experience in Structured Finance Loans Middle Office
Experience in lending business from banking industry
Familiarity with asset-backed financing, project finance, fund finance, securitization
In-depth understanding of LMA / LSTA credit documentation
Experience with syndicated, bilateral and RCF loans
Experience liaising with internal auditors and operation risk control
