Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the Safety of all maintenance team members and the efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment, buildings and grounds.
  • Reduce unplanned downtime by supporting planned work preparation and collaborating to improve equipment performance and eliminate recurring failures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing maintenance team, setting clear goals/KPIs and supporting continuous skill development.
