Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics plays a key role in driving commercial performance for the Rare Disease Business Unit by leading the strategy, design, and governance of incentive compensation programs.
  • This position partners closely with sales leadership and cross functional stakeholders to develop incentive strategies that motivate the field organization, maintain fairness and transparency, and support data driven decision making.

  • Doctorate degree and 3 years of Incentive Compensation experience
  • Master’s degree and 5 years of Incentive Compensation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of Incentive Compensation experience
  • Associate’s degree and 12 years of Incentive Compensation experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Incentive Compensation experience
  • 3+ years designing incentive compensation programs
  • 6+ years sales leadership/operations experience
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience
