Job Summary
Support the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs across designated countries in the Europe Cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and evolving employee needs.
Act as a liaison with benefits vendors, facilitate claims processing, and manage escalations to ensure service delivery and timely payments.
Serve as the central point of contact for managing sickness absence, disability, and death in service processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and sensitivity.

Key Requirements
