Job Summary

  • Support the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs across designated countries in the Europe Cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and evolving employee needs.
  • Act as a liaison with benefits vendors, facilitate claims processing, and manage escalations to ensure service delivery and timely payments.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for managing sickness absence, disability, and death in service processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and sensitivity.
