Job Summary

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing and participating in stand set-up and closing procedures.
• Ensures that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked, orders replacement stock, and efficiently completes required paperwork.
• Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines and must be knowledgeable of all positions, willing and able to fill any position if needed.
