  • This role is accountable for defining future-state offers that differentiate the firm in advice-led wealth management, particularly across Individual Investors (II) and Retirement Plan Services (RPS).
  • The role serves as the single accountable owner for the wealth management offer strategy, ensuring alignment between client needs, segmentation, economics, and internal go-to-market execution.
