Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years sell-side M&A advisory
  • Investment banking experience
  • Record of completed transactions
  • Media and entertainment sector experience
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Proficiency with S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Salesforce CRM
  • SIE and Series 79 and 63 licenses
