Job Summary
Implements changes in policies, executes procedures that impact the immediate organization(s), shapes operational frameworks and fosters efficiency and compliance within the organizational structure.
Manages the review and approval of finished products manufactured for and by the company, coordinates all inspections and inquiries regarding the operation of manufacturing sites and collaborates with relevant company groups to ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturing process specifications.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's Degree
Minimum 8 years experience with Bachelor's
Minimum 6 years experience with Master's
Experience in Medical Device, QA, QC, Audit, Compliance, Warehouse Operations
