Job Summary
The Specialist will provide administrative program support to the TRIO program in STEM fields and offer one-on-one academic coaching, group tutoring, and educational services to students.
Responsibilities include updating participant files, tracking student progress, developing retention strategies, identifying and recruiting participants, managing a student caseload, and supervising Peer Tutors.
Additional duties involve assisting with student workshops, orientations, special events, and collaborating with department deans to create course syllabi for the SSS STEM area.
