Must-have
7-10 years Property Management experience
5 years high rise operational commercial UAE
OPEX and CAPEX budgeting management
TFM service provider KPI and SLA oversight
UAE local law and municipality code knowledge
Property management systems (CRM/BMS/CAFM/BIM)
Team leadership and stakeholder negotiation
Nice-to-have
Experience with transitions management
Multinational organization collaboration
Strong telecommunication skills
Fluent English verbal and written
Microsoft Office proficiency

Key Requirements
