The Parking Ambassador provides direct customer service, answers general questions regarding UAMS Facilities or Parking regulations, and enforces UAMS parking regulations by issuing warnings and/or citations for illegal parking.
The Ambassador operates the Remote Parking Management System (RPMS) 24*7*365, monitoring cameras and remotely assisting customers with parking transactions and exception management.
