  • The Head Coach is responsible for the overall leadership and success of Brown University’s Women’s Swimming and Diving varsity athletic program.
  • Essential position responsibilities include planning and leading practices and competitions, recruiting student-athletes who meet both Brown’s academic and athletic standards, managing scheduling and travel, monitoring academic progress, and ensuring effective use of the program’s budget and resources.
  • The position also plays a key role in alumni engagement, fundraising, and community outreach efforts that support the program and the University.
