Provide swift and effective recruitment support to agency and internal departments, aiming to uplift No. of new recruits while keeping tack on new recruit’s overall business performance so as to contribute to the business goals.
Implement and drive company recruitment strategies aimed at meeting business KPIs, such as the number of new recruits (NR), AIAPA NR, leader activity, NR active ratio, finance package validation ratio, and retention rates.
Streamline the recruitment contracting workflow and shorten the turnaround time (TAT) for the onboarding process.

Key Requirements
