Job Summary

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for reliability and DevOps practices across our fintech platform, remaining deeply hands-on while guiding a small SRE team.
  • Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available, and scalable infrastructure, including IaC, automation scripts, and CI/CD pipelines, while actively troubleshooting production issues.
  • Lead response to high-severity incidents, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive preventive reliability improvements, while also mentoring and delegating tasks to other SREs.
