The RGM Manager, AMEA is a hands-on analytical and execution role that supports AMEA markets with insight generation, opportunity sizing, and delivery of RGM workstreams.
The role builds robust analytical outputs, converts insights into practical recommendations, and supports market execution through structured project support, templates/tools, and performance tracking.
Partner with market teams and relevant functions (D&A / I&A) to improve availability and quality of RGM inputs (volume, price, GTN, promo, customer/channel mapping).

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in FMCG, consulting, commercial analytics, RGM/NRM, pricing, trade investment, or CP&A
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Experience working across multiple markets/cultures or in a regional role is a strong advantage
