Base: $109,500.00 - $146,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive program based on performance; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(K), pension, tuition assistance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years CMDB administration experience
Proficiency with BMC Helix CMDB or ServiceNow
Strong understanding of reconciliation and normalization rules
Experience managing automated discovery sources
Ability to perform routine CMDB audits and gap analysis
Nice-to-have
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Scripting experience in PowerShell or Python
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
CHAMP or CSAM certification preferred
Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience with CMDB administration
Proficiency with ServiceNow or BMC Helix CMDB
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Data quality and governance discipline
Preferred: ITIL Foundation, CHAMP, or CSAM certification
