Manage and oversee daily construction operations to ensure project progress aligns with plans Plan, develop, and organize construction efforts to deliver cost-effective, timely project completion within budget Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members aligned with project scope and schedule Review and forecast man-hours and project duration to completion for effective resource planning Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance; investigate underperformance and implement improvement measures Promote and enforce company safety standards and foster a safety culture across teams Ensure site activities comply with project specifications, budget, and timelines Coordinate, supervise, and monitor project works to maintain quality and progress Conduct and oversee all inspection activities to ensure compliance with standards Supervise teams to ensure adherence to work requirements and safety protocols Prepare and submit daily activity summaries to track project status Liaise effectively with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution Required competencies and certifications PE Board/BCA accredited Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in building or civil construction projects Experience with BTO or HIP project references @ mingyan@staffhub.com
