Key Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in logistics or manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
Master's degree strongly preferred
Professional certifications strongly preferred (CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma)
Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Proven success in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives
