The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Base: $21-26/hr; Bonus/Equity: Monthly bonus plan and on-call stipend; Benefits: $10,000 loan reimbursement, next day pay, PTO, 401k match
