The Casualty Claims Specialist III is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating auto liability claims while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities include: analyzing coverage; evaluating liability and damages, establishing accurate reserves throughout the life of the file; maintaining and managing a diary system to efficiently manage and resolve cases.
