Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Two years minimum Agile Coach experience
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Experience with Jira Azure Dev Ops AHA Mural
Nice-to-have
Enterprise Agile Coaching background
Product Portfolio Leadership transformations
Enthusiastic supportive driven attitude
Key Requirements
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)
SAFe certification preferred
Proven experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner
