Job Summary

  • The Customer Support Officer (CSO) is the Primary customer focal point in charge of processing customer’ orders for parts ensuring it is delivered on time and on quality with pro active updates of orders Status.
  • The CSO is responsible to monitor and share customer’ key performance indicators and be the interface with all stakeholders to ensure Airbus commitments towards customers.
  • This role will not involve travelling for business.
