Visionfund is seeking a Technical Specialist for Gender Equality and Women's Economic Empowerment (GE/WEE) to lead project strategies in Kratie Province, Cambodia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in gender-transformative programming, financial inclusion, and project management, with a focus on capacity building and stakeholder engagement
Job Summary
Lead the project’s strategy and linked activities to advance WEE outcomes across the project cycle, focusing on field support and capacity building.
Provide technical support throughout the design process, including assessment methodologies, tool adaptation, and report preparation for gender-responsive market assessments.
Engage with project partners, including private sector and government, to promote inclusion of GE/WEE and share learnings across World Vision International.
