Job Summary

  • Partner with the ServiceNow Architect in building and rolling out a scalable, enterprise-grade platform tailored to healthcare insurance operations.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and HCLS modules to support customer service, case management, utilization management, and core healthcare insurance workflows.
  • Develop integrations via APIs and MID Server for secure data exchange and automate end-to-end processes using Flow Designer and Orchestration.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years ServiceNow development/implementation
  • ServiceNow CSA & CIS-CSM/HCLS certifications
  • AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect
  • CHPS, CHAM or similar healthcare certifications
  • Understanding of health insurance processes
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, ACA
