Job Summary
As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements.
You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
Build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, spending at least 50% of your time on capability building.
