Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide support to the manager or director of Human Resources through involvement in all functional areas of the HR department with emphasis being in recruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits.
  • This role supports several Oshkosh Transport office functional groups and plays a key role in the success of the organization by implantation of HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

Key Requirements
