Job Summary

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency of our manufacturing plant using proven Lean methodologies and principles such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, TPM, and Kaizen.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional processes and lead productivity improvement projects aligned with the plant's strategic objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, acting as a change agent to instill a Lean Six Sigma atmosphere and continuous improvement culture.
