Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years managing large commercial office buildings
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Malaysian Certified Building Manager preferred
• Certificate of Fitness for building operations
• First Aid and fire safety training
• Valid Malaysian work permit and driving license
