Job Summary
The Outside Plant (OSP) Planner/Engineer is responsible for planning, engineering, and designing fiber-based access networks supporting a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) expansion.
This role combines traditional OSP engineering functions with advanced FTTH network planning, which may include grant-funded and subsidized deployments, municipal coordination, and adherence to the client’s architecture standards.
The position works cross-functionally with OSP Planning, Construction, Project Management, Network Architecture, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-effective FTTH solutions.
