Assists the Head of School in establishing and maintaining an effective learning climate in the school and supervises the secondary school’s teaching/learning process.
Provides a regular series of activities designed for spiritual growth and development, emphasizes character training in each classroom, and monitors the progress of the teachers in integrating Biblical principles and examples in teaching.
