Key Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old for Senior or 18 for Junior Lifeguard
  • Current Red Cross Lifeguard certification required

  • Current Water Safety Instructor certification required
  • Minimum one year experience as certified lifeguard
  • PA State Police Criminal Background Check required
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form required
  • Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check required
