Job Summary
The Production Supervisor must establish daily/weekly/monthly objectives and priorities aligned with the plant's overall goals, promoting continuous improvement in safety, personnel development, product quality, timely production delivery, and cost reduction.
Work in conjunction with Planning on the weekly production plan, considering priorities and shortages for optimal resource allocation.
Supervise metrics for improvement in the area to analyze information that facilitates timely and correct decision-making.

Key Requirements
3 years of experience in medical industry
