You will manage a young, agile, very capable, and strongly performing team of supply planners in the Confectionary sub-category, that is focus for Mondelez.
Your team ensures short - to long-term production plans are in place for your assigned seven plants in line with approved business plans.
Support and implement improvements in supply planning processes, to improve customer fill rate, other CS&L, and plant performance KPIs, inventory, waste and cost targets set as company objectives.
