Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities, driving improvements in maintenance processes, system utilization, and the advancement of preventive and predictive maintenance and reliability programs.

Key Requirements
7-10 years relevant maintenance experience
Proven supervisory/managerial experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of power plant equipment
Skilled in maintenance management systems
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
