This position manages the daily activities of the field service engineering group, by taking care of customer needs and managing Service engineers in a manner that makes the Service Department profitable and efficient.
Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of systems to ensure that automation systems and equipment are installed and functioning according to RRSA specifications as well as checking component parts to assure conformance or non-conformance with specifications.
