The Gift Shop Associate supports daily operations of the Gift Shop by providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all Garden guests.
This role includes both opening and closing responsibilities and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer-focused service.
Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive clerical duties to assist in a temporary capacity in telephone surveys, at workshops, conferences, camps, and other special events.
