Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to apply intensive engineering knowledge to ensure New Product Introduction projects meet quality standards.
  • You will support regulatory inspections, lead root cause analysis, and coach others on developing new test methods and tooling.
  • As a subject matter expert, you are expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 7+ years progressive engineering experience
  • Strong statistical analysis skills with Minitab
  • Knowledge of ISO14971 risk management standards
  • Experience with FDA regulations and QMS
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in engineering preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers
  • Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environment
  • Fluency in English for international communication

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
  • Working knowledge of statistics and Minitab software
  • Familiarity with ISO, QSR, UL, MDD, TGA standards
