Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Document care entries in PCC system
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Collaborate effectively with nursing personnel
