Must-have

  • Contract administration and cost management
  • Commercial negotiations with contractors
  • Experience with Evolution MX System
  • Preparation of monthly valuations and final accounts
  • Compliance with contractual obligations
  • Cost control and budget monitoring
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with NEC3 contracts
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Experience working in occupied buildings
  • Use of MS Office and IT software packages
  • Relationship building with stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Membership of professional organisation such as RICS or CIOB preferred
  • Experience as Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in building/construction
  • Ability to review delay and disruption programmes
  • Experience preparing cost and value information for monthly reviews
