Job Summary

  • The purpose of the Banquet Supervisor is to set, maintain, clean, and refresh all meeting and special event spaces within the Central Park Boathouse.
  • This position will also be responsible for organizing all storage areas and maintain end of month inventory reports for banquet equipment and supplies.
  • Supervise train and motivate banquets operations staff and support Banquet Manager with after event feedback for post Event Recap.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of banquets set up experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout shift
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
